okay well thanks for that as the email from the embassy states applications can be made 3 months ahead of date of departure. No wonder my head is swirling ! Thanks for the heads up

we are about to apply for a visa from the UK for end of July, I am pretty confused by the visas.. would you recommend the 45 day visa initially and apply for extension when there?
