my embassy never been able to do it for me

Seems that there's no way of getting Covid exemption anymore if one has some non-immigrant ED stamp. Have to leave for Cambodia or perhaps Singapore to make a visa run.

looks that would turn you to the same situation I'm in. If you can extend your ED that would be much better I think.

I called my embassy today, they were not willing to help, even after I told them that I am worried and would like to stay a bit longer because of the current situation in our neighborhood - Ukraine, they told me they have nothing to do about this. But I will try my luck again. Thank you for letting me know and nice to hear that some embassies are actually helping their citizens. So did you get some letter from your embassy, or how did you managed it?

oh really, I'm waiting in ~400 people queue in Thong Thani to extend my VOA. As yesterday they sent me here from CW (I'm here again as it was closed yesterday)
