- yes i have used many times. I rent the property and was able to register around 4 years ago. My landlord lives abroad so i do myself.

- yes thanks again. I actually did read elsewhere about the one month rule but then came across the 3 month rule on the immigration site which didnt differentiate.

- yes thanks - from what i gather from lots of research and looking at immigration website - an ED visa can be obtained within thailand through official channels although there are some citizens that have to apply in their home country. I also read on an official immigration site that the 500 k needs to be in account for 3 months prior to dependency application. Nothing straight forward. Thanks

- understood. Our little girl also left and went back to cambodia to visit relatives but coming back on a tourist visa which the school have said can be coverted to ED visa.

Have you considered doing it in Thailand ?

Can i ask how easy or difficult it was to get dependency visa ? Did the school assist and did you require to show money in bank account ? About to do same thing in a few months. Any advice/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
