Please can anyone confirm that they have used the TM30 io website for completing the tm30, instead of the official one, as the TM30 io seems so much easier.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the use of the TM30 io website for filing the TM30, which is typically the responsibility of the landlord. Several users confirmed using the TM30 io site successfully, while others noted that the landlord must file it and that it's important to ensure that immigration processes the information correctly. Some participants shared experiences of using both the TM30 io site and other services without issues, but raised concerns about potential delays in immigration updates.
seems you only jnformed about registration after one or two months, but not sure if immigration really got it, so there is a risk immi missed that on their file

I'm using both, section 38app and FN hotel page. Just register with landlord and you're ok. Never had problems.

I used it, I registered my wife's house last year but had some issues this year so I tired it and it worked for me.

The TM30 should be filed by your landlord. You just get a copy
yes, in that case we did. My partner first registered for a user name and then submitted my report once on the system. That was almost 2 years ago, at the time there was a glitch uploading files over 5mgb. It was solved sending the files as a pdf. Multiple images, one file
