I still don't know what the meaning of residency rights really means...What about Non Imm O Visa (Retired) holders who lives in Thailand for many years already with longterm rental contract? Are they included in this or not?

Robert you know how long the course is for learn Scuba Instructor? No? not more then a few weeks...so you sure don't get a ED Visa for learning Scuba Instructor.

it's not possible to get a ed visa as instructor, because you're not allowed to work with an ed-visa. As instructor you need a work-permit and Non B

Thanks, yes I know I have to leave Thailand, but I need to know, how many times I can extend after 60 days. Because some told me I only can extend one time for another 30 days, and not every time after 60 days
