Ok, you could work it out and make the test 72h before instead 24h and then you must stay at home until you fly. It's only a idea...wich can work it out. The most hospitals in europe give the result within 24h.

Actually, it could be made much easier and more cost-effective. Everyone who wants to go to Thailand should do several tests at home before departure, the first 14 days before departure, the second 1 day before departure. Then on arrival you will do another test with the condition that you have to stay in your hotel, house, apartment for the first few days until you have to do another test 5 days after arrival. This keeps the risk to a minimum and saves a lot of money. It's only my idea...but it could work well
