Application Form, Lao visa, hotel, stamp of the Lao arrived, Doc of my Thailand address, registration from local immigration, Thai bank account book ( copy of all pages), Thai bank account condition for last 6 months 0 bath, my job papers, contracts , salary and incomes, also the letter from the company. 4. /2024-10.30 till /2024-14.00 got my passport. 5. on application form nothing about category, just only asking why I want to go to Thailand ( wrote to visit friends and for improving my diving license and experience)
