So… 1. Ukrainian passport. 2. Consular Section of the Royal Thai Embassy, Vientiane, Lao PDR. 3. Application Form, Lao visa, hotel, stamp of the Lao arrived, Doc of my Thailand address, registration from local immigration, Thai bank account book ( copy of all pages), Thai bank account condition for last 6 months 0 bath, my job papers, contracts , salary and incomes, also the letter from the company. 4. /2024-10.30 till /2024-14.00 got my passport. 5. on application form nothing about category, just only asking why I want to go to Thailand ( wrote to visit friends and for improving my diving license and experience)
