I doubt it. All transactions have to go through the banks own countries currency to be sent abroad. You need to find a friend who is either going back or willing to do the transaction here.

Thailand was listed in a separate notification. It’s not getting into the UK that’s the problem it’s the rules and regulations to comply with and the quarantine required to get into Thailand that’s the problem.
