I just got the bank staff to check the website themselves .... and they agree with you

.... is they just have me a letter confirming my bank balance and also my passbook has the dates . So hopefully I am good to go

 I have the requirements from the Thai immigration website ... but I also saw that sometimes med cert is required and sometimes not- hence my question
