I already collected ink finger prints from rcmp registered provider… now I need to submit these forms with supporting document to Thailand police center, Bangkok, but I do not know to whom I pay the premium ? How is it done I have no idea. DHL and FedEx do not have self address prepaid envelope so that Thailand pcc certificate is send through them. This part is really confusing! Can u please share your experience? Thanks in advance.

For ur info: I have already downloaded all the forms and filled them. But the problem is fingerprint to be taken under whom? Local police does not take it. :((

thanks John for sharing your info. I live in Toronto. Thailand embassy highlight on its website it does not follow up with police clearance certificate and applicant needs to refer to Thai police for this. So I am not sure if Thai consulate can take finger print on Thai forms.

thanks. I visited local police station, they said they do not do this. They recommended to visit registered fingerprint service providers to do this for you. Now not sure if the stamp of such service providers would be acceptable for Thailand police… :(((

thnx. I am looking for place where my Thai fingerprint form is signed and stamped as Thailand police requires only… not sure… :(
