I am saying, as stated, it is the ONLY NON O ME Thai spouse visa that requires NO PROOF OF INCOME to apply for it.

Savannakhet is the ONLY Thai embassy or consulate that has the NON O ME married to Thai spouse visa available with no income proof needed.

If it fits your needs, you will find a way to go there.
