it's out of date. It's says you need a test and fill out the locator form as per government requirements and that's not true as of two weeks ago.

the UK issues Non O but thank you. I won't be applying for a OA. I will apply for a Non O at the embassy in London

I don't have money in the UK. I have lived her 9 years in Thailand. My friend just applied for a Non O in the UK and they didn't ask him for funds
