the licence you will be giving is only for 2 years from the thai government

Rent agreement and the landlord's id and a copy of the blue book and a letter from your landlord confirming that you are living in the condo, letter from your bank confirming that you have a account with them and that you have money, and the full year's bank statement,

Tm30 copy of your passport plus the forms filled in and signed and a photo of your self 😀

Ho I forgot the hand drawing of were your condo in Bangkok, plus your bank book

you have hit the nail on the head, this is Thailand through and through and its never going to change

you will need a lot of these to get the marriage visa

Photos of you and your wife outside the house or condo and inside your home, 0thb in the thai bank for 3 months copy of your marriage certificate, and the rent agreement, letter from your landlord, this is as best as I can remember, this may help you with your problem
