I been asked for 100thb for certificate of residency and they gave it to me in 5min.

Agents cen get one for 1000thb

Officially immigration have 30days to give you this cert... Sooo for me it was good deal

nope, they have to pay some percentage to Brooker. So for them is much more cost effective to rent without agent involved.

Just book it online in front of them, show them pay slip. In Thailand it is like this.

In Laos totally opposite, you need to come and ask, on agoda the same room is 3-4x more expensive
