It depends your hotel booking and your covid QR country api system. If book through agoda then their system auto verify and approve faster, similarly for QR code for vaccine - based on my observations

What documents are required to apply for a Thai driving license using a foreign driving license?

Your home country driving license (if it’s not in English then translation to English and get attested by your embassy ), passport, work permit or resident letter from your emabassy, and a medical certificate(which is quite easy to get near DLT) that’s it - fees for bike - 100 bhat and car - 200 bhat
