TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about visiting Phuket from Bangkok now that the airport has reopened. They asked whether any restrictions exist for foreign travelers. Comments noted that while the airport has reopened, there are still some regulations, including a requirement for foreigners to register at checkpoints with their passport and address in Phuket.

You have to register at the checkpoint just after the bridge if you are driving. Passport and address in Phuket is required.
