Anyone have any tips for transferring THB to home country GB .

It's very easy to transfer money from Thailand to UK, I do it every month with Ripple Technology from SCB Easy and the transfer speed take 30 seconds. The rate fee is very low:

Buy Bitcoin on bitkub using THB, send to another wallet and withdraw to GB. Simple with minuscule fees- no conversion or transaction fees

For transfer back to home country you can use DEE Money, or more sophisticated can use crypto currency such as usdt or busd

Or just use y'r Thai bank app. I think you not need transfering to UK THAT much ? Except when you earn y'r money in Thailand. Then Deemoney seems okay.
