 not completely true, Covid insurance IS required for extentions in some cases, for example: to get an STV 90-day extension

 for the cheaper insurance. At my I.O., the insurance was most definitely checked thoroughly.

All you can do is try but it's pretty mandatory that it's state the dollar amount for covid insurance.
