Check with the Immigration office for their requirements. For the initial 90 day Non O, didn't need the money seasoned for two months. I only needed it seasoned for the 1 year extension. You can DM me if you need too.

sorry was at the hospital. You should be good to go. You can get married once you get your passport and Affadavit done. I assume you are here on Visa exempt, if so get your 30 day extension at Immigration. I don't know how long it will take to get married though. Some people say they had to wait weeks to get an appointment at the district office. I never did make an appointment, we just went to the district office in Khon Kaen, gave them the paperwork and was legally married the same day.

You think I would take legal advice from other than a lawyer.

Forgot to add as soon as you arrive in Thailand open up a bank account and deposit 400k baht into it. This is one of the requirements for a marriage visa. It has to be in the bank account for two whole months before you can apply for the 1 year extension. The US Embassy no longer certifies income so 400k baht is what is required.

yes go online and make an appointment. I brought my passport and divorce paper with me just in case. I also had them certify my passport as that is what my district office wanted. Once you get it done it will have to be translated into Thai and certified by the Thai MFA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok. I gave the affadavit and passport to an agent who translated it and they had it certified by the MFA for me. I think I paid them somewhere between 2000 - 3000 baht. The US Embassy charges 50 dollars for the affadavit and passport certification. When you have your documents together you get married then go to Immigration and apply for your 90 day Non O visa based on Marriage. Also get their list of requirements for the 1 year marraige extension. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork involved.
