I have boi promoted non IB but agent did all papers and it's for working investment projects. Investment visa 10mil is much easier because there isn't company or boi papers going. I have read that transfer 10mil to thai bank deposit or buy condo direct from developer and can combined too. After that you just apply initial visa outside thailand.

Done this very recently and couldn't change in here. Just go savannakhet with documents or border run and apply insude when you cancel extension. Remember you need your school certificate to apply B visa! I forgot that and lucky copy was ok. You can go back non o if shit hits fan. Good luck🙏

yes trailing spouse and they wanted 15.000 month last day statements for 3 months and I think I send there one week papers and they called me several times including weekend! After all they were pleased and I got my visa🇹🇭 I did apply multi but I didn't have any thoughts going back so I was ok to single and today I'm here with non-immigrant IB because it's far easier manage if something happens and never know what life is bringing future🙏

they do all over world multiple entry visas you just apply visa and show them your plane tickets and they issue you multiple entry. When I did apply non o they asked my tickets so I just apply single entry. This was in Finland.
