I am Non O also and just returned to Thailand one week ago. I submitted Covid insurance of 30 days and had no problem with Thailand pass or immigration.

all you have to do is tag the money as needed for long term stay/visa Thailand when transferring on Wise. It will then list as international transfer on Bank of Bangkok ledger.
