You get 30 days on arrival visa exempt . This can be extended a further 30 days.

It’s possible if you have a yellow book or someone to verify your address or… if you know a Senior bank employee. It’s possible but not easy.

Hi Tod, I arrived and granted a Visa 30 valid for 30 days. I extended this at thb1900 on the for another 30 days expiring on . I do have a letter from the Bangkok Australian Embassy for consideration and outlining reciprocal arrangements between Thai Citz in Australia and Aust Citz in Thailand. I didn't use the letter (undated) because it was permissible to extend regardless. I'm not sure of next step whether I should contact immigration before hand giving me a chance to plan a contingency or wait out for further news?

On my second 30 day tourist visa . It expires . I paid for it before the auto visa announcement. Mist the announcement of auto renewals by a couple of days. I have an extension letter but haven’t used it. What advantage is it to have the extension letter?
