Just form a company, declare yourself as the manager, and give yourself a salary. But prepare the documents and don't send them unless they ask for them. That is my plan for next year, in April, when I will be in the US.

OMG, wtf people are discussing activating a visa. A visa is a document to be presented to the immigration officer during the entry of a country. There is nothing to activate. Are these people real or they just dropped from an outer world.
