TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether it's necessary to provide proof of monthly income when applying for a Thai visa at a Vietnam embassy, particularly if one can simply present a bank statement showing 500,000 THB. Some users noted that typically there are no income requirements for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV), while others shared personal experiences indicating that they were asked for payslips during their application. One suggestion included forming a company and declaring a salary, although it was advised to only submit documents if requested.

Just form a company, declare yourself as the manager, and give yourself a salary. But prepare the documents and don't send them unless they ask for them. That is my plan for next year, in April, when I will be in the US.

I was asked for a latest payslip, applied in Finland
