Emirates for the airline, come on the visa exempt and convert to non O in country, you will have time to season your money during the under consideration period.. Depends how much you have to ship. Couriers are doing deals but sea freight would be cheaper.

You are going for 6 weeks no visa required, just get a COE from the Embassy and extend by 30 days when you are here. That's the simplest way

When you upload from your pc you need to hit the upload button on tge Embassy site, just below your picture, you have to upload each one then after they are uploaded properly you can proceed

cannot say for certain but when i arrived they only checked the front page. I had page 42 which specified the covid cover but they never looked at it. The Embassy in London accepted it for the COE obviously
