guess all we can do is wait, this part: "Once we are able to officially start processing your application" I particularly don't like, I thought STV was already official.

I've emailed them last week, they replied: "Thank you very much for sending us your information. Your information has already been registered in our system. Once we are able to officially start processing your application, we will update you as soon as possible."

So not sure what will happen next.
