Book a hotel for at least 7 days.

Had to book one myself today as they wouldn't let me go through immigration without address in Thailand after ASQ was over.

Yes, RTE is Royal Thai Embassy.

Your country needs to be classified as low risk for you to be eligible for STV, same applies if you go with Thai Longstay.
