it séems that all immigration are doin this unless you have a 'hole' to come back in. All agents are trying their best to find tor loopholes and alternatives to counter this, they are also in a head spin. We are in the middle of a transition, no one knows what to do to counter this. Time will tell.

Can you enter Thailand multiple times a year under the new visa rules without extensions?

The 'rule' seems to require you to go back to your home country for several visits per year. With a few exceptions like no more than a total of 150 days per calendar year, etc. Even so, you are still at the mercy of the immi officer that will stamp you in.

Is misleading packaging a common issue in Thailand and the US?

Front : 15 grams of protein per 100 grams

Back : 5 grams of protein per serving (35 grams)

They are not far off. They can even label it 150 grams of protein for 1kg, 300 grams of protein for 2kg, 1.5 grams of protein for 10 grams or 0.75 grams of protein for 5 grams, they are still not wrong.

For a scooter, Honda Click, and get the biggest CC one you can afford. Acceleration is next to none in their category. PCX160 is almost there but not quite, the Click 160 has a better top end than the PCX160.

How many times a year can I visit Thailand on a tourist visa?

As many times as you want until an immigration officer says no. Also, staying out of the kingdom for a while will help you immensely between border runs.
