depends ... i pay about 1200, 2 ac working 10 hours per day, 2 fans, tv, fridge, tv and computer, water pump, electric stove etc

7 years until around 2020, now it's probably stricter. Max mentioned a visa-free stamp, which is probably the same as a visa exemption

a did it for 7 years, 10 months per year in Thailand with visa excempt entries, no questions at all :D lucky for sure

Depends on location but mostly no problem, you will need residence certificate from immigration office, signed power attorney from seller with copy his ID card, and most important is original green book
