thanks for replying. I’m looking at a condo that is foreign ownership and I am looking to buy for my thai wife in her name. She is worried that as it is in foreign ownership, they can take it back from her ? Which is why I want to see if it can be transferred to thai ownership if we buy. Thanks hope this makes sense.

my Google photos are using 15 gb of my 15gb storage, it's what I can do to reduce this. If I delete old photos from say 2019 it doesn't make any difference to the amount of unbacked up photos but if I delete brand new ones taken this week, the unbacked up number reduces ? I'm trying to understand how to say get rid of 2g of storage space without deleting all my brand new photos. Thanks

Thanks Chuck it's that initial getting on and keeping the balance thing for me. I pedal a push bike no problem but the weight of a scooter/ m/c is different. Just a question of confidence and getting this old grey matter to remember what to do 555
