Hello, I will have completed my 3 month plus 12 month Non O visa on 10/12 and will go to Jomtiem Immigration to renew or extend for another 12 months. Apart from proof of address which my Condo owner does on line, which forms do I need please. I assume I need 2 photos. Also my 90 day reporting runs out on 6/12. Can I do 1 year visa extension and 90 day reporting on 6/12 in one trip. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to renew their Non O visa at Jomtien Immigration shortly before its expiration and is seeking clarification on the required documents. They are advised to ask Jomtien Immigration for their specific list of requirements, which can vary by office and may change over time. Recommended documents include proof of address, financial evidence from a bank, and possibly photos. The community suggests completing the visa extension and 90-day reporting together on December 1, to allow time for any unforeseen issues.

I'm now totally confused Sorry. So my 90 day reporting is due on
****
and o visa renewal due on
*****
. Can I not do both if I went to immigration on
****
or do I even need to do 90 day if I'm renewing my visa ?
Nick ************
@Barry *******
I dont see a problem doing both on 1.12. I might be wrong but I dont beleive re newing your Visa will reset your 90 days.you can do your Visa up to 30 days prior and 90 day up to 14 days prior so I would go on the earliest day possible and try and do both together. Then, if you hit a snag with your Visa extension you will have more time to sirt it out.

You’ll need evidence from your bank that you have met the financial requirements.

@Richard ********
I don't want to make 2 trips one to renew visa and one to 90 day reporting
Graham ******
@Barry *******
So do your extension 2 weeks before your 90 day report is due then you can do your 90 day report at the same visit

@Graham *****
that's what I was thinking do I have to go to separate desks or do both in one go
Graham ******
@Barry *******
separate desks I believe, when you do the extension ask if you can do the 90 day report too, you may get it done there and then

I don't know do I get new 1 year extension and have to go back for the 90 day reporting due date separately or does the 90 day reporting date fall away when I get new visa extension? Sorry to be thick.on this

@Barry *******

@Richard ********
can I do that?

I would not leave you renewal until the 6th

You can go much earlier & your extension will start from the expiration of your current visa

If you go right near the end & don’t have everything needed you might not have time to get what’s needed

I did mine 11 days before visa expired, visa extension was same date 1 year later

*****
/23. Visa expired date

*****
/24. New exp date

You need to go to Jomtien before you will apply and ask them for their list of requirements for the 1 year extension. Each office has their own requirements and they change from time to time. Each year you need to go and ask for the list before you plan to apply.
