TLDR : Answer Summary
The exit re-entry desk at Suvarnabhumi Airport is located at International Gate 2, just before the immigration counters. It is open 24 hours, but may not always be staffed. To get a re-entry stamp, inform an immigration officer, and have your forms and photo ready. The fee is typically 1,000 or 3,800 baht, but an additional admin charge may apply if documents are not in order. A comment also inquires whether a DTV visa holder needs to apply for re-entry every 180 days.
International Gate 2 just before the immigration counters. Open 24 hours but not always manned. Tell an immigration officer that you need a re-entry stamp and they’ll get someone to do it for you.
If you have the photo and forms filled it’s the standard price of 1,

,800. If you don’t then they add on an admin charge of 200 baht and you only need your passport.
Excuse me for asking, but when you say international Gate 2, do you mean this? If so it’s recently closed and the office is removed. You’ll have to take the escalator, pass through security, take the escalator down and the Re-entry office is in the corner on the right opposite the immigration desks.
exited bkk on dec 2024, the re-entry permit counter was at the same floor as the immigration counter.
Take esculator up 2nd floor as if you exit regularly, before enter the immigration line on the right, go stright the reentry counter is stright ahead - u cannot miss it.
There were also staffs before the immigration line - they can also assistant.

Oh i forgot to mention, i did provided the pictures for the reentry permit, but it was returned
The officer uses their cam to take digital ones, and its 100B on top or the permit fee.
Feedbacks from members that it was closed from the end of January and when I passed through a week ago the whole office already was removed and walls taken down. I also asked a security guard who told me that it now was removed to after security in front of the immigration. All I know.
Ok, you take one of the escalators up, pass through security, take one escalator down again to the immigration for Exit. There you will see a RE-Entry sign in the right corner opposite the immigration desks. Easy to see, open 24 hours , no queue when I passed only an IO waiting. No worries.
