many people have trouble completing the payment using the website and a mobile phone. It is/was a browser problem that could be avoided by completing the application on a pc instead of a phone.

It's an internet browser problem. Use a PC and not your phone to complete the application

I saw a lot of people slowing down the lines trying to pull stuff up on their phone. The staff looked frustrated waiting. Easier for everyone if you print out and just have a copy on your phone for backup.
