Bank employees are not too much supposed to know about visas, just saying.

They tried to find out how to help you.

You have not failed 3 times, 2 of these banks said they will notify back in 1 week.

The branches do not have the power to decide whether open a bank account for you.

They will send all your copied documents to their head office where the decision will be made.

I know it can be frustrating but Thai bank system are different than what 'we' are used to.

I, personally had been granted, and not everyone is living in Bangkok nor must make an appointment for the 90 days report.

But your comment makes sense.

IT being what it is, I would try it online 15 days prior due date, and if rejected, would go in person...
