Not been for a few years but I’m sure he’ll remember me as I was there quite often, oddly he advised me to cross the border at Poipet into Cambodia for the 90 day extension as it was easier.

Is the “under consideration” time for them to carry out the administration side?

If I have all the documents and funds there it just seems a long process to put a sticker in a passport.

Thanks mate, not the best news but at least I have some firm knowledge on the way forwards.

Not familiar with the extensions as I’ve only ever been issues 1 year multi entry visas.

A few years back I did try to extend this in the immigration office local to me in Sa Kaeo, I ended up leaving Thailand to do it. 🤯

The Jakarta RTE do issue multi entries, I applied and was provisionally granted one but there I had to apply for COE at the same time.

I couldn’t do this as the lack of flights from Jakarta to Bangkok.
