No...it was some form of proof of residency...the bank accepted it okay...land transport didn't

It was shifter karts I raced...had Anderson chassis amongst many others, long circuit and short circuit...all classes, 125, 250, and 210 Villiers, last few years in retro racing...getting a bit old now...but I would have carried on had I stayed in the uk...git the feeling I am going to miss it...love the sound and smell of 2 stokes

Arrived in Bangkok last week from England...no luggage on the carousel...checked with the airline...most apologetic...apparently didn't get put on the plane...along with around 30 other people...said luggage would arrive next day and they would deliver to my address...which they duly did....so minor inconvenience...but dealt with efficiently....Thai airways

Did that...but they didn't treat me like a VIP...just a stupid foreigner asking a stupid question !!

Okay, that sounds like a possible solution...can you recommend an agent...I wouldn't know where to start to look...and if I did I would be so wary

It certainly seems to vary...I arrived in Bangkok today from the UK with Thai Airways on a one way ticket, tourist 60 day visa, and rather than having any hassle I bought a cheap reservation from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur at a date within the 60 days....and neither the airline or immigration asked to see any ticket for onward travel...
