They may well come back for it, or they may not, worst case is it delays the approval when they come back and ask for additional information. Nothing to stress about either way in its entirety.
that’s fine. However, I’d recommend creating an invoice, or receipt. May be wise also to highlight the credits coming into the account which relate to your work, as it will make it easier. There is no income requirement as such, but they will want to see certain things; so just try to make it as easily understandable for them as possible.
It may sound crazy - but a letter from yourself as director , to yourself, confirming that you are able to work remotely and that there will be no Thai clients & that all work complies with the laws of all countries, including Thailand will suffice.
But I’d also ask the accountant for payslip and dividends taken and you’ll be fine. Really does sound crazy, but works
Apply for it yourself, but do it now rather than risking going back and forth between Thailand any further on exemptions/visa runs etc.
Will it have an effect on the application? Potentially.
However I’d rather apply for the visa and obtain the correct one, rather than doing multiple extensions/visa runs as a tourist, when obviously you’re working on said tourist visa, than worry about doing further extensions and/or visa runs in the future.
It looks ok, most unable to check because requires registration for phone number outside of Thailand.
I’d be careful if it accepts payment to personal QR and not just company QR, that’s what a lot of these apps do. Following for people’s comments though :)
