Sometimes they ask for a wage slip mate & sometimes they don’t. Also try to get a letter from your company with an agreement stating that you’re permitted to work remotely (this helps)

What happens at the automated departure gates for travelers who are on overstay in Thailand?

In the case of an overstay, gates will remain closed and you’ll be directed to an IO. No biggie for overstay really, if few days - but as you said you don’t plan to overstay. Best to keep clear immigration record for future entries etc. 🙏

Normally, they want to see an entry stamp in your passport if you’re applying from a country, which isn’t your home location.

If applying from home, driving licence, proof of address or similar.
