I use crypto to get US dollars in cash and then I exchange it whenever I need. I also use a crypto debit card and my personal credit card from my home country which has zero forex charges. Cash is king.

Only inconvenience is not able to pay via QR code at vending machines.

You can deposit the fee via any DBS bank branch. Approvals are quick in New Delhi.

Not sure if foreigners can apply or not. Write an email to the embassy.

Post 1st January 2025, Sticker visas are no longer issued. You get an evisa which you need to print and carry.
