Yep, had same problem recently. I get the impression they are ripping people off now and I am very disappointed with them. Final price went up from what they quoted. Now deleted their app.

If you apply for 60 day tourist visa in your home country, do you have to know the day you depart, or is there a time limit that you have to use the visa?

I am not sure where you are from, but I know the British Embassy gives you a letter along with the new passport to take to immigration. Which makes life a lot easier.
