I'm talking about the fake international licence you bought. It won't work every time with the police because many know the fakes, others just can't be bothered.
If you've bought an International Driver's LICENCE, it's most certainly a scam. The correct document is an international Driver's PERMIT. The fact that the police couldn't be bothered means nothing. Eventually you'll be caught out
It wouldn't surprise me. Although I think if there's any changes it'll be in the application fee. I can't see it staying at 10,000 baht for long. The government will see the money rolling in and will at least double the fee.
MFA is spread over the whole world. Unlikely a visa agent in Bangkok would have representatives all over the globe to carry out these "functions". The cost to the applicant would outweigh the cost of registering a business name and doing it legally.
