DTV holders are pouring into Bangkok. Three condos in my building which have been empty since covid have been snapped up by DTV'ers. The Thai landlords are loving them. That's just one building. They're everywhere. This Visa has taken off like no other. It's not just digital nomads, I know two retirees who have switched from non-O to DTV because of the easier conditions. I plan to do the same next year when my current non-O expires

You don't need a visa. Just turn up with passport

As I've said before, there's nothing in Thai Law which states 90 days, only "temporary visitor" which is what a DTV visa holder is.
