The problem is that this is only for kids until 12 years old after this age many airlines don't offer or you have to pay extra for the service, I know Emirates offered it for free bc my kids were flying 10 times with them as teenagers

why you are publish lies? If your amount droppes under the required amount it has nothing to do with the extension. You can do with your money whatever you want. The only problem is the next extension. And she can of course go as a dependent on her husband's non O extension. Easy to do just get a new non O visa and then apply for extension.

this is bullshit, if you are divorced in the UK and you have custody for the child, Thai court can't overrule this dissision or any other court in other countries. And there is no problem traveling with the kid as he is the legal father even he wouldn't be divorced he can travel.
