Not a major issue just explain, my room got flooded passport completely soaked, stamp ink bled etc had no issues using it to leave and re-enter also have coffee stains throughout mine 😂😂 immigration just said take it you didn't want to go back and it didn't work 😂😂😂
Ypu can actually open a bangkok bank account I'm going through the process now with no permanent visa ivebeen here since October last year on covid extensions
Also if you had extension there would also be a receipt stapled in the back of your passport, if you haven't fount the stamp or receipt of extension definitely go back to the office and ask
As Robert said that's just them saying they have notified your address, extension stamp will be in your passport with the date you applied and the date it ends... as Robert says go back if you haven't got the stamp in passport
some places where you travel from I've heard if peiole having to do rapid pcr tests on arrival into thailand... unsure if that is all airport or land boarders also depends if your vaccinated or not
If not vaccinated you still need to do a hotel stay until your pcr tests come through... this they say can be 48hours for results so you need to find a certified place to stay and be tested on arrival... pcr test before arriving unless has been done 48 hours prior to departure is invalid.... your best of opting for a test before flying or wait until you arrive and pay 350bht for a rapid test
