I'm traveling back to Thailand and looking to do the 24hrs Sha+ test and go (double jabbed). In October when I traveled I had to do a COE also sandbox in phuket but now I'm hearing about a Thai pass? Do I need both COE and a Thai pass or do I just need one, if only one which one please :) also I'll be on a 30 day visa exemption.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You will only need the Thai Pass for your entry into Thailand; the Certificate of Entry (COE) is no longer required.
