This is the second email I have had in 3 weeks... at first I thought it was a scam but now I'm not too sure?

I have been here since December been immigration a few times and nothing has been mentioned... I am due to go back to IO on the 25th to put in another 60 day extension application before my current one runs out on the 5th of April.. do I just ignore this email or do I reply or just wait until I go immigration and ask there

Definitely a scam, I've had 3 emails even though I've been in Thailand for 4 months already
