in that case I believe you can try to apply for the visa by yourself. Just point out she has plenty of reasons to go back to thailand so she'll be a legit tourist in Australia. Her business and 2 children should be a more than valid reason

if she's from the bar then it's very likely you need an agent to help you. If she has a decent job and can prove that, it'd be much easier

if she's from the bar it's very likely to happen again and again unless you involve an agent and pay big $$$

it's harder to get a visa as a ladybar compared to someone who has a regular job and can prove that.
