How long is your passport valid for?

You need six months validity to travel internationally or will need to obtain an ETD from your respective Embassy to leave Thailand if this is the case.

If I understand the post correctly....if you Google "International Law Firms Thailand" there are several firms that will offer Notarial and Will writing services. 🙂

As suggested get confirmation from the UK Embassy. But also check with your airline for the internal travel requirements.

ETD plus Police Loss report and other photo ID. Copies of emails from Airline Customer services etc.

Shouldn't be a problem if all prepared, but the last place you want any problems is the departure gate.

7P's....Have a back up for a back up...this is Thailand. 🙂

Section 37 is your responsibility to file a TM30, if the landlord does not comply with Section 38 of the Thai Immigration Act 1979.

There are fines for both parties for non- compliance.

If it's of any help.... straight from the Thai Immigration page, with notable exceptions mentioned by Stuart already; make of it what you will:-

"According to The Immigration Act,B.E.2522, the foreigner who has received a temporary stay permit and stayed in the Kingdom of Thailand over 90 days must notify his/her residence to immigration officer every 90 days."
