TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing a serious issue with a three-month fake Thai visa extension obtained through an agent. The community suggests several actions, including reporting the agent to the police, visiting the immigration office to disclose the situation, and possibly consulting with a legitimate visa agent for assistance. It is also recommended to gather any available evidence of the forgery, such as documents or stamps, to present to immigration authorities. The conversation highlights the importance of choosing credible visa agents and the potential consequences of using fraudulent services.

How long is your passport valid for?

You need six months validity to travel internationally or will need to obtain an ETD from your respective Embassy to leave Thailand if this is the case.

Why would anyone want to use an agent? You can do everything yourself.

She is Thai. look at her name. but married to Falang Watson English? if qn agent is advertising on their post they are not good agent. My agent is so busy she cannot handle posts from Facebook. Anyway this is fake cause anyone who asks about friend overstay in Facebook is and idiot. Better is to go to another agent. Just ask here for agent. Not OMG what am I going to do?

Fake profile and no stamp to show. Does not give name of visa agent or agency. I've also seen a particular visa agency commenting on many post. So maybe they are trying to drum up some business 🤔

Please be careful when choosing a visa agent.

Heres a few things that can help:

1) Make sure they have a physical location

2) Check how long the agent has been around

3) Lookup their domain, and make sure it was not newly created

4) Ask a friend if they have heard of them

We sometimes assist with resolution of cases like this, so you can message our team to see of we can help with the situation :

You have to go to immigration and tell them. May I ask you, where did you use the agency and how did you get the stamps for you?

Report the agent to the police immediately and go to immigration with a copy of your police report and ask them what you can do. If you can get a proper visa agent to go with you even better as they can probably help at least explain your case in Thai.

Did he stamp it today? If so go straight to the police and report him. If it was stamped 3 months ago your probably in trouble. Might help if you show the stamp in question
