Then for now you are overstaying and should go to police and report your agent, and go to the immigration fix it
You need six months validity to travel internationally or will need to obtain an ETD from your respective Embassy to leave Thailand if this is the case.
Can someone tell me if you are based in Pattaya do you still have to go to Latsi Bangkok for the visa extension because, I know they closed locally Jontiem sometime ago ? Didn’t know if they had reopened now in Jontiem

She is Thai. look at her name. but married to Falang Watson English? if qn agent is advertising on their post they are not good agent. My agent is so busy she cannot handle posts from Facebook. Anyway this is fake cause anyone who asks about friend overstay in Facebook is and idiot. Better is to go to another agent. Just ask here for agent. Not OMG what am I going to do?
I hope you understand that I’m looking for solutions, don’t misguide others

Fake profile and no stamp to show. Does not give name of visa agent or agency. I've also seen a particular visa agency commenting on many post. So maybe they are trying to drum up some business 🤔
You have to go to immigration and tell them. May I ask you, where did you use the agency and how did you get the stamps for you?

Report the agent to the police immediately and go to immigration with a copy of your police report and ask them what you can do. If you can get a proper visa agent to go with you even better as they can probably help at least explain your case in Thai.
Did he stamp it today? If so go straight to the police and report him. If it was stamped 3 months ago your probably in trouble. Might help if you show the stamp in question
