Any $5000 baht agents in Bangkok or have to go to Pattaya?

I've had this same question on here several times and no luck with any answers, except for Air BnB?? It would be easier with an agent that knows the area, the properties and current rates, but nobody has been very helpful. And why do it yourself blind? The property owner compensates the agent, not the buyer. Good luck, I'll be following.

There are some decent vids on YT, just ignore the supposed 'phenominal' price (or add 50% to it) and just concentrate on the building and the area. Some very nice condos in Thailand!

This is the plan I have with AIS. $200 Baht per month. Fast internet and calls. Can't beat it. Been impressed with it for around $6 USD!

the one everyone us talking about where they are going to tax retirees here. Lots of talk about in the forums.

yep, but the speculation is crazy out there. Wish they'd just give a little guidance one way or the other.

I'm in the same boat. Never even thought about having an outbound because I've never been asked. Worst case scenario, you think you'd bust have to step out of line and get one or would they deny you entry in Thailand and you'd have to go back home, or to a surrounding country. I feel like I've been jinxed for my next trip to Thailand. 😁

what would someone generically sign up under if they don't have a YouTube channel or any job over here? I would opt for that over the Non O RV, but not sure how to qualify. Any ideas?

Someone on here hired an 'immigration lawyer' and got swindled. You don't need them, especially at the rate they charge. Do it yourself or just get an agent. The first is cheaper, the second is easier. Good luck. Either way, you'll be fine.
